Manage your tasks with iDeskapp!

There's a new element that you can place on iDeskapp's Pages - Tasks! Until now, you probably stored your to-dos in Lists (at least I did that ;)), but Tasks are much more suitable for this. Here's why:

• you can assign due date and/or a person for every task (it makes sense if you're using Groups)


• you can add comments and attach files to tasks, so the whole discussion about some to-do is placed right beneath it


• at the top of the task list there's a progress bar, so you can check your task progress just by taking a glance

We have a gift for all of you! There's a new option on each Page element: Send by e-mail. Well, yes, you can now send various things from your Pages to anyone. It's easy! Just take a look at these pictures:

Big, new feature on iDeskapp!

We've just added calendars to iDeskapp. You can create multiple calendars (e.g. one for your private things, one for your family and friends' birthdays, one for your co-workers etc.). Every calendar can be shared with (selected) groups you belong to. iDeskapp allows you to set reminders for your calendar's events too.

Facebook Connect

We've integrated iDeskApp with Facebook Connect. You can log in with your Facebook account now! Just visit the main page at http://ideskapp.com and press the "Connect" button.

New feature: move and copy items between Pages!

We've added a little new feature: now you can move and copy items from one Page to another!
There's a new icon in each item's toolbar: Actions. Click it and choose one of the following options:

There's a really nice feature for all our paid accounts - the bookmarklet. You can save data from almost any webpage to your iDesk using it. Watch out screencast:
